Aries & Geoff

Aries

Aries

Hi Donna,

Thanks for the info and thoughts. I’m learning too. She does train and learn very quickly for commands. That is most impressive.

She is 5.5 months now, I have a Spey scheduled prior to the October 12 date so I hope she does not hit a heat cycle prior to it.

I’m very impressed with her agility and speed and hope I can get her into obstacle course trials. I think she has it within her to do very well in them.

We go for 2-3 walks per day and people stop and comment on her amazing looks and symmetry of color as well as her shape and muscles. She sure stands out from the rest of the dogs we come across. Pure bread dog from champion parents I tell them. 🙂 It’s like taking a sports car out for a drive.

Oh, I even see people driving past us rubber necking to look at her.

Cheers,

Geoff

Kai

Kai

Kai

Hi Donna,

Wanted to send you an update on Kai and tell you what a wonderful dog she is. She comes everywhere with us and is a very well traveled dog from camping to staying in a hotel she adjusts to all kinds of environments with ease.

Kai had a big year with lots of changes one of which was a move to a new house (Kai was very pleased with her new backyard). She even attended our wedding in September. All in all nothing seems to phase this dog such a well adjusted animal with a winning personalty.

Kai’s personality is amazing she seems to like everybody dog and human. Also has an amazing ability to pick up on what is expected of her and adjusts her behavior to fit. For example when my mom comes to visit her (which is most everyday when we are at work) she is a very calm and sweet in nature. When my Dad comes to the house she knows its time to play and her athletic ability shines through. Wow what a cuddly dog never would have guessed when we first looked at this breed. It will be movie time or Sunday football and Kai is right there under the blanket all cuddled up………………..wow this dog loves blankets, a huge creature of comfort.

This breed is so intelligent and learns very quickly. Also the devotion Kai shows to us is unlike any dog I have had or seen. She sure likes staying with her people not one to go off on her own even if we are just at home.

Donna Thanks for such a wonderful companion dog, she is everything we wanted and then some. We are looking forward to celebrating her 1st brithday tomorrow. She is such a social little critter…………..makes us think that she would enjoy having a little brother. Expecting any litters in the new year?

Cheers,

Ashley, Elden, and Kai

Mia

Mia

Mia

Hi Donna,

I absolutely am in LOVE with this breed! They are more than enough for energy but in a manageable way and very dedicated to their master!

Mia can be off playing, and bouncing around like a deer on steroids but if I say “Come” she’s making her way back….Its like she was waiting for me to call her all along!

I love that I can take her anywhere, I love that she is so sweet and affectionate to me and other people, but when we are at home and someone new comes to the house she gives them that eye that makes me feel safe having her! She hardly ever barks unless there is a purpose but tells me a story everyday after work when I get home! She has soooo much personality that she makes me laugh 24/7.

Mia has been awesome to train, picking up on new things very quickly and sometimes even without me teaching it on purpose! Mia plays with 6 kids on the block all under the age of 7 with no issues, and that means so much to me! She can play with any dog, small or big!! I never am concerned about what Mia is going to do because she has such a great disposition. She was 10 weeks old when we went to our first horse show and I just had to laugh because we were in the middle of the warm up area with probably 20 horses walking/trotting around and here was Mia laying stretched out by my feet asleep….she couldn’t care less because she was just so comfortable and confident in herself and me! She spent the nights in hotels, she spent her days meeting lots of different people and animals, and not once did I have to get upset with her, concerned or feel like bringing her along was a bad idea. It was the best idea!! And she wiped away every reservation I had about “what could go wrong” because she was just a great super star!!!!

Donna, I feel blessed, honoured and very privilege to own this breed of dog and highly recommend this breed for an active family or person! I know that I will continue to own an German Pinscher just because of the breeds intelligence, attitude, playfulness, spunk, super-fantastic personality, and of course how beautiful they are in looks! She is text book perfect and I thank you very much for her!

Parker

Parker

Parker

Hi Donna,

So sorry it’s taken me so long to write you back. Besides working, spending time with Parker, and recovering from having the flu, I find I don’t do much lately.

Parker has adjusted very well to his new home. He loves spending time with everyone, he loves playing outside and chasing after sticks. He loves cuddling and falling asleep in laps. He is always so excited to see us, when I come home from work he hears my car alarm, perks up and waits for me anxiously. Dad absolutely loves him – when it snowed here a few weeks ago, Dad shoveled the grass in the areas Parker would roam. We were shocked Dad would do that, he never did that for us when we were young. He is going through the typical puppy-biting-stage but I was expecting that. He’s slept through the night for the past 6 nights in a row. We all agree we couldn’t have picked a better dog! Parker is amazing, so cute, and very well-behaved

Talk to you again soon.

Pam

Kahlua

Kahlua

Kahlua

Hi Donna,

Wow, she is a good dog.  Loved the truck ride home.  Went for a walk saw other dogs and she never barked.  She won’t leave my side.

She had a bath last night and sat in the tub real nice.  The boys just love her.  They are thanking me for the dog, but I think I got it for myself lol.  I picked up some Just 6 dogfood and she really likes it.  I’ve been working on getting her to fetch a ball, but it still needs work.  She will sit most of the time she is told to, and when on leash she is real good.  I see what you mean about being a protector dog.  If I go to the bathroom, she will sit at the door, but won’t scratch on it.  If I go anywhere else she will come and sit or lay down within arms reach of me, and stay there  until I go somewhere else.  Last night she jumped up in my bed and turned and watched the door all night long.  She is by far the best dog I have ever seen.

Hi Donna,

Just wanted to send you an updated picture of Karma. I just took out her most recent taping last night and her ears look amazing.

I think one more taping and she should be done. She is such an awesome dog. She is having a play date with 2 other German Pinschers who came from your kennel. Thanks for all the help!

Hi Donna,

Hope you have been keeping well. We are doing fine down here too. Roxy is such a joy in our lives!

She was very easy to house train, she is very quiet in her personality, and kind of a scaredy cat. She likes to play with my mom and dads chocolate lab, gets away with alot Rolo is to kind hearted.

I take her to work with me every day and have her meeting lots of people, we even go to cowtown to shop for dog toys.

Thanks again,

Cleo & Caesar

Cleo & Caesar

Cleo & Caesar

Hi Donna,

I’m happy to say that Cleo and Caesar have been keeping out of trouble lately. Now already 2 1/2 years old they have really come along and listen well and are well behaved.

I can’t tell you how much they have made a difference in my life as they have given me a new perspective on things and have brought countless smiles and laughs.

I’ve heard it before but I’ll say it again, the German Pinscher can be the perfect breed with a loving and persistant owner. Their energy is contagious, their loyalty and unconditional love makes every day brighter.

Caesar has a different personality than Cleo. He’s a really emotional and astute guy. He loves to play and get goofy but can settle down and keep a stoic demeaner. Cleo is the adventure that will fly like the wind, seek out new trails and when getting home from the park is gentle and will stick by your side.

It was a remarkable sequence of events that brought these two into my life and I can never thank you enough.

Take care.

Cliff
